Use what you've got at home. Don't let perfectionism stop you from starting.
When you are ready to invest start with:
- heavier weights: 2x upper body (5-8kg) and 1x lower body (12-20kg)
DIY: full backpack, pans, heavy household items
Optional:
- two yoga blocks / DIY: thick, ideally hardcover books
- two lighter weights (1.5kg each) / DIY: water bottles
- dish towel or a scarf
- chair, any will do
Note: You can start Starlike without purchasing any "proper" equipment to start with. I'm big on DIY options. The most important investment is a basic set of heavier weights. I have a video walking you exactly through how to choose your weights and why.
Absolutely! There are no lock-ins on Starlike. There is no minimum period you have to be a member for.
When you join the monthly plans, you can cancel anytime. After the cancellation you still have access for the entire time you paid for.

Having the livestreams allows me to cater to a variety of needs.
For some members it's really valuable to move in the moment with me and the community. It can be great for consistency since you have to show up for a class at a specific time. While for some members, the priority is their own schedule.
