I recommend:
- two lighter weights (1.5kg each) / DIY: water bottles
- two yoga blocks / DIY: thick, ideally hardcover books
- dish towel or a scarf
- chair, any will do
- heavier weights: 2x upper body (5-8kg) and 1x lower body (12-20kg) / DIY: full backpack, pans, heavy household items
Note: You can easily enjoy Starlike without purchasing any "proper" equipment to start with. I'm big on DIY options. With heavier weights, most members get them after 2 months together. Before then, bodyweight usually offers plenty of challenge. You'll see. I also have a video walking you exactly through how to choose your weights and why.
Absolutely! There are no lock-ins on Starlike. There is no minimum period you have to be a member for.
When you join the monthly plans, you can cancel anytime. After the cancellation you still have access for the entire time you paid for.

There is a dedicated Introductory Series waiting for you as soon as you sign up. It will introduce you to all my signature class styles, help to establish your form and build a new relationship with movement.
Additionally, you can browse exercise-specific short tutorials if you want to focus on specific skills like neutral spine or push ups.
I have also recorded a full member manual to show you how to use the website, the app, join live classes and make the most out of Starlike.

All the livestreams are uploaded to the on-demand library, you are absolutely not missing out!
Having the livestreams allows me to cater to a variety of needs.
For some members it's really valuable to move in the moment with me and the community. It can be great for consistency since you have to show up for a class at a specific time.
While for some members, the priority is their own schedule. They want to do the classes when they feel like it. Or maybe they prefer to browse the library instead of following the weekly movement plan.
I want Starlike to work for your needs. Move with the platform based on what works for you. There is no secret exclusive content for those who join the livestreams or anything like that, though I personally really love them. All members are treated equally.
The livestreams usually happen on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. You can find the full schedule on this page. If you make an account (you don't have to be a member to do that) they will be shown in your current timezone.
After each livestream, the class is uploaded to the on-demand library.

There are new classes almost every week on Starlike
(apart from holidays or birthdays - I'm a big believer in resting and recharging, same goes for you)
On a typical week you'll get a class theme - a common thread that links all the sessions. The themes are seasonal, mood-based or revolve around a specific skill. This keeps you excited and immersed in the classes. Instead of yet another "20 minute booty workout" you get to experience "Harmonious Lower Body" -- how cool is that?
Usually, each week has 3 brand new classes.
You also get a daily class calendar from me, which blends the new weekly theme with Starlike member's favourite sessions. So if you want a fully guided daily movement experience or tend to get some decision fatigue, I've got you covered.
