a signature blend of my Essence and Synergy styles (you know, the science-based stuff but with all the playful bits that make it actually enjoyable). I'll be right there with you, hands-on guidance, real-time tips. The kind of teaching that only happens when we're sharing the same air.
Then?
We eat. House of Buns is bringing the goods, Grind Coffee is sorting our caffeine situation, and we can hang out.
This isn't your typical fitness event. There's no aggressive messaging about "crushing your goals" or other nonsense. Instead we can socialise, connect & understand each other better through movement (and banter :)). This is for those of us who believe movement is just part of life. Part of how we show up, how we process, how we connect.

What to bring: Just yourself (and a water bottle)
What i'll provide: Everything else – mats, props, food, coffee, good vibes
A small group that's intimate enough to actually connect with each other, BUT also big enough to meet some cool humans. Best of both worlds.
